Merry Christmas Everyone!!,
I hope you all had a great week. This last week was pretty good. We got another media referral and went and taught her. Her name is Tammy and she is going through a pretty hard time. She just got custody of her three grandchildren, and a couple of days after that she lost her job. So she doesn't have really any money to buy food or for anything really. So we talked to her for a while and taught her about the Book of Mormon. She was going to come to church, but her grandson was put in the emergency room, so she wasn't able to make it. She said she was most definitely going to come this next week. We're hoping that she's not just meeting with us and coming to church so that she can get help financially. But, we have faith that it isn't and that she really wants to hear the gospel. Stacie and Montana were at church again. It was an interesting Sunday. Sacrament meeting was really good. It was probably the best talks I've heard so far since I've been out here. Sunday school though was on exaltation and we had a lot of non-members there who their friends had brought and it was their first time there. The teacher though did very well of not going too deep and there weren't any really crazy comments made, so that was a big relief. Well then, for Priesthood and Relief society guess what lesson they were teaching?!! Exaltation again!! But, once again it went pretty good and we were able to take a big sigh of relief. Not too much else happened this week. I'm just excited for Christmas and for proclaiming the gospel this week. I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas!
Love,
Elder Cooper
