Hey Everyone,
Hope you all had a good week. It sounds like the weather is pretty nice right now in Arizona from what I've heard. The weather here has been pretty crazy. It will be 80 one day and then the next day 55. Anyways, I had a pretty good week this last week. We were able to have a family home evening at a member's house and have Raymond and Tracy come over for it. It was at an older couple's house, the Vandams, and they had dinner and then we watched the restoration DVD. It was really good for Raymond and Tracy because they're trying to gain a testimony of the Book of Mormon and of Joseph Smith as a prophet. They really liked it and Raymond said that the only thing he didn't like about it was it didn't show any of the persecution that Joseph Smith went through. Luckily I ordered the DVD that they showed in the Temple a couple years ago about Joseph Smith. I can't remember the name of the DVD but it will be really good for Raymond and Tracy to watch. So hopefully it comes soon. The rest of the week was pretty good. We were able to get some more members to come out with us to see some of our investigators.
On Friday we had Zone Conference. It was really good and I learned a lot. It was Christmas themed and we had a white elephant that was pretty fun. The meeting part of it was really spiritual and helped me to see how I can improve and become a better missionary and how better I can help my investigators progress towards baptism. Well I'm out of time. I love it out hear in New Orleans. I know it's where the Lord wants me to be. I love this gospel and know that it's true. I love you all and hope you have a great week.
