Hey everyone,

Hope you all had a great week!  It's starting to warm up here and I'm not too excited about it!  Yesterday for preparation day we had to wax our car because it's going to be inspected at zone conference on Friday.  It's ridiculous how easily you sweat here with the humidity.  It was only about 72 outside yesterday but after waxing the car my clothes were completely soaked through!  Anyways, I heard from Elder Waters that Randy and Bridgette were interviewed for baptism and they are getting baptized in two weeks!  I'm sad that I won't be able to be there for it, but that doesn't matter too much.  One of our investigators here in Mandeville, Mike Wonn,  is getting baptized on March 12, so we're really excited for that.  Mandeville is great!  It's nice to have members to work with and who are excited about missionary work themselves.  Mandeville reminds me of home kind of.  Most of the people here are normal and there isn't as much Louisiana culture I guess you could say here.
I don't have too much time to write today because I have coordination in 10 minutes.  One funny thing about the ward here is that the Bishop looks and talks exactly like Michael Scott from the office!  We asked him last night if he has any impressions of Michael Scott that he does.  Unfortunately he said he's only watched the show once. Oh well, anyways, I'm excited to be here in Mandeville and there is so much work to be done.  I hope you all have a great week!

 Love,
 Elder Cooper
