Hey Everyone,
Hope you all had a great week. Mine was pretty wet and windy. Not the funnest when you're riding your bike. Also, we had a lot of bike problems too, but it all worked out. Other then that the week was pretty good. We are teaching a family that we found tracting, the Walkers. We've also found quite a bit of new people but we weren't able to teach them this last week. Hopefully we will be able to teach them this week. It's pretty sweet being in the same area I was trained in again. I'll remember going on the same streets before and it's helped me to remember a lot of things that I had forgotten about. The ward is a lot different then when I was here before. Also, there's a new bishop and he is not too fond of missionaries. So It'll be interesting to see how much ward help we will get.
I got some really good news this week though. Elder Taylor, my old companion who is still in Opelousas, called me and told me that Nancy Jarnigan was getting baptized on Saturday! I couldn't believe it, she finally decided to get baptized! Elder Taylor said what made her decide was that she had a dream and in it her ancestors came to her and told her they were waiting for her for their work to be done. It totally brightened my week and shows me that the Lord knows what people need at specific times in their life to bring them to him. Well other then that I can't really think of too much else that happened. I hope you all have a great week.
